This is a bit off-subject, but I was wondering: as an athiest, where do you
believe that life came from originally? The cell theory states that all cells
must come from pre-existing cells, but where did the first one come from? As a
fellow athiest (a little agnostic, if there is true proof of God, I'll believe
it, but I'm not going out and looking) this is the biggest problem I have with
this system of belief.
BTW, you gave me a great add-on for my sig! :-D

This is something that stuck out like a sore thumb to me, although nobody else
seems to have mentioned it. On Minbar, the "building" that Sinclair and the
Vorlon and the Rangers were in looked like a Vorlon encounter suit . . . or a
Shadow. It had two shoulders/wings on the sides jutting out, and a shape in
between them like a Shadow head, or encounter suit head. Or am I just seeing
things?

Yup. In one form or another, one Big Bang leading to a collapse, and
another Big Bang...if one can say god has always existed, then one can equally
say that perhaps the universe has always existed, in one form or another....

And then some, sir! At the close of part two, I was sad to see that Sinclair
was no longer with us, but gratified to see how his story had played out... It
takes truly good writing to get me to care about a fictional character, and in
this latest episode, you showed me something that brought home just how much I
care for all of them (even Zathras!) To see so many of the destinies of the
people on the show was a real treat.
Thak you for the ride.
And I look forward (with, I must admit, almost as much fear as anticipation) to
the rest of it...

lunch, with Michael sitting with us, "Hey, so how come HE gets to go off and

Yes. Up until that moment, the total forces available to the shadows
were an unknown to us...sort of like Shroedinger's Cat, is it alive in the box
or is it dead? It could be either one. If they didn't go into the past,
didn't affect the outcome, it would be one reality; if they did, then it'd be
another. As soon as they achieved one or the other of those two, the two
possible results collapsed into the one, singular possibility.
