Joe,

In February you mentioned three potential television projects. Two
turned out to be The Legend of the Rangers and the unnamed project that
should start filming in September. You also mentioned a "surprise third
project" that you described as "coming up fast and furious".

Can you let us know what the status of the third project is? Is it still
in negotiation, signed, or did it pass quietly?

Neither.  I looked at my workload, and said, "Not now, let's pursue this down
the road where I have room to do it right."  I don't want to over-extend.
