Yes, the submission is closed, and you are not able to edit the submission entry. Furthermore, you would not be able to edit the list of authors after the notification, as explicitly stated in the call for papers. However, at this stage, we (as co-chairs) can
remove the co-author as long as it does not affect the conflict-of-interest declaration. </div>

Post-acceptance authorship change undermines the review process and the conflict-of-interest declarations. For authorship changes after acceptance, the authors must provide evidence that the change complies with the ACM authorship policy and does not affect
