Thank you for your hard work in reviewing the submitted papers. Although we are missing some reviews, we would like to start the HotCRP discussion immediately. The online PC meeting is scheduled for early next week, July 20-22.<br>

Discussion leads, please initiate the HotCRP discussion, try to reach a consensus, and tag papers with either #pre-reject, #pre-accept, or #discuss.<br>
