I am writing early so this does not complicate the program later. I am an international student in the US on an F-1 visa. A DHS rule taking effect September 15, 2026, changes how students are readmitted after travel abroad. U Under the new rules, my re-entry
to the US after the workshop is uncertain enough to make the trip untenable.</div>
