After we completed the TAPS submissions for both papers, they were
moved to "TAPS Support" status on 8/14 due to conversion errors.
We have examined both flagged issues and believe they are false

(Paper #23) was flagged for "TAPS incompatible packages:
lstmisc.sty, lstlang1.sty" error. The packages are internal
components of the "listings" package, which is on the TAPS
accepted package list.</li>
