Yes, the venue will start at 13:30, at the room across from the reception desk at the hotel. We will be there earlier than that to test equipment and set up the room. I encourage you to come a bit earlier to test your laptop and interact with your session chair,
 especially since your paper is the first to be presented. </div>

If was wondering whether the sessions will be recorded?  If not, would it be all<br>
right for me to record my own session with my own equipment?<br>
