What disappointing news! No, ACM does not have a distribution system to assist with getting the shirts to attendees and I agree that individually mailing them might be cost prohibitive. The imperfect solution might be to request a refund if the vendor is amenable.

<div>I just got off the phone with the vendor, who informed me that they encountered some sort of production delay and they're not going to be able to get the shirts out in time for the conference. I'm not sure if it's possible to cancel the order, so I'm looking
into options on how to distribute them to attendees. Does ACM have any sort of distribution system for things like this (e.g. sending items to conference attendees), or is this best handled by shipping the shirts to one of the organizers, who can send them
out and be reimbursed for shipping? I'm worried about the overall cost of shipping up to 71 shirts, so I wanted to check on our options before making any decisions on how to proceed. Thanks for your time.</div>
