<p>the poster boards will be available on Sept. 29th around 11am and will be staying there the entire day.</p>

<p>We have around 100 spots for posters. </p>

<p>I think, based on the numbers provided by the workshop organizers, we should be able to host the hotstorage posters there too on this day (I hope that the other organizers did not double-count the posters/boards -- see below)</p>
