Sometime ago I heard (from a source I don't remember) that in the ST universe
about 7% of the galaxy had been explored by the federation.
How much of the galaxy has been explored in the B5 universe? and by who?
Obviously the "first ones" have seen it all and even "gone beyond the rim..."
But what of the newer races?

Not that much of the galaxy has really been explored yet; it'd take
centuries for us to get even a small part of it all covered.
