In "Severed Dreams", it seems like JMS ran out of time to tell the story he
wanted. It's intense, but there are many loose ends that should have been
addressed. For instance:
Although the first wave of cap ships was taken out by B5 and the renegades,
no mention is made of the Thuds belonging to the Agrippa & co. Do they
get taken in by B5? Do they keep fighting even though their base is gone?
After any encounter like this, the sky around B5 is going to be littered
with debris, especially around the jumpgate, which falls neatly into the
"bad things" category for a station with such high traffic. Who gets
the job of cleaning up? And are our heroes pragmatic enough to use parts
from the destroyed warships to reapir the station?
One last question: Earth warships fallow the traditional "phallic symbol"
design method. Other races don't seem to feel the need to do this. Is
this deliberate?

Ah, you missed a shot. After the battle there was a shot of a star
fury using its pattented unobtainium grappal to bring a really shot up
star fury into the station.
One can assume there was alot of this going on.

We've previously shown a hazmat platform that goes out into local space to
clear up debris and any toxic fuel cores and the like. It's standard
operating practice.
