I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed you and Warren last night. I only got
to hear the last hour, but it was still very informative and WAY COOL in one
place.

I learned a few things too; most importantly, how to pronounce your name.
Although I should have guessed that it's pronounce the way it's spelled. <G>

Thanks especially for playing the 8 minute audio sequence. What a nice gift to
allow us to hear the composer's music alone with the video. I was aware of the
music when I saw it but didn't realize that you had underscored the entire act.
Watching and listening to the sequence was WAY COOL.

{It would also make a very interesting modern dance piece.}

As I said before, I missed the first hour. Did I miss anything else as
*spiffy* as that?

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for the hour I did get to hear. It was
interesting, fun and informative.

Ciao!

I can't remember what we discussed in the first hour...nothing as cool as
that happened, at any rate.

Joe,
Speaking of the B5 audio cd, I was looking through the pictures in the
liner notes when I noticed an oddity: In the picture of Sinclair before the
Grey Council, if you look to the left, you'll notice someone entering the
frame... that person is wearing sneakers. Any idea who that person is?

It's a grip who stood too close for the photo.

      I think it's Creating B5...but I haven't gotten my copy yet, and that's
from memory.

JMS,

Have you ever pondered that the universe is maybe 15 billion years old, will go
on another eon of billions, and in all that a person gets maybe 80 years of
awareness. Nothing before, and in my opinion, nothing after.
The time and place of that lifespan apparently a matter of choice. To me it
makes life a very *non-metaphysical* miracle. Just contemplating the aspects
of each life in relation to the above equation bogles my mind. I think your
show captures that better than any other *speculative* show I've seen (The
characters' lives, the affects of time and place, etc...).
Do you think we have a purpose in the universe, or a purpose to make the best
of our lives as we find them?

Just wondering

Tim

The purpose we have is the purpose we find, and that we *choose* to find.
Acting on that purpose is another topic altogether....

                                                                    jms

I've gone over the legal aspects of the story idea provision, oh, about
25 times...I know it's in the faq file somewhere. Bottom line, I can't see or
accept any story ideas, period.

                                                                    jms
