On May 17, the Sci Fi Channel's "Sci Fi Buzz showed behind-the-scenes footage 
of Delenn and a couple of Minbari.  They were on B5, in some sort of ceremony - 
on a platform and in front of a banner.  Someone was handing her a book or
journal.  

I was hoping you might identify the which upcoming episode this sequence 
is from.
