Question: If Sheridan and Delenn were so worried about not
having enough firepower for their surprise assault on the Shadows,
why not take the Walkers of Sigma 957 up on their offer of
aid?
I understand that using the Great Machine for defense would
have wiped out the station also, but there's another HUGE
unfired gun in the murky background, and I've still got my
fingers in my ears, anticipating the BOOM!

Simple....you don't bring in the big guns like that until you're ready for
the final assault. You don't whistle 'em up when convenient. You can
probably go to the well just once with these guys, and you want to do so
only when you're ready for D-Day.
