JMS, as I understand it, the reason WB had for not going ahead with your
proposed V: The Rebirth, was budget reasons (I remember you saying that the
series nealy made them bankrupt).  Since, with Babylon 5, you have proven
that you (specifically YOU, JMS) can create a very well made piece of
science fiction and under budget and that, what do you think the chances
are of WB changing their minds and going ahead with a new V movie and/or
series?  And if they did, would you accept the job, or do you have too many
irons in the fire at this time?

No, to do V for syndication, even with all the tricks we've learned doing
B5, would still be prohibitive...mainly because of the massive amount of
location shooting and on-set pyrotechnics.
