This is a message from the maintainer of B5JMS.

I have put my new scripts in place.  They will hopefully lessen the
occurrence of so-called "expired" articles.  There will be a few quirks for
the next few days as the new scripts kick in.  For example, you may get
duplicate articles from the new scripts, that were already sent by the old
ones.
