Thanks for your work in improving the site and getting more merchandise available
to Fan Club members.  However I still find the shipping costs completely out of
line.  I called Antioch's 1-800 number and had a calendar shipped to my door by
Purolator for $16 US (I'm in Canada), and that's without a member discount.  From
the Fan Club Emporium it would cost me $11.96 (with discount) plus another $15 for
shipping!  Antioch's shipping cost was $2.10.  I had a similar experience with the
B5 Episodic CD's which are cheaper to order direct from Sonic Images ($10.98) than
at the member's price on the Emporium ($11.16) even before shipping is taken into
account.

I'd love to purchase of some of the merchandise being offered, but simply cannot
justify the shipping costs.  Unless of course you will be delivering the items
personally... you're invited for dinner if you do :)  I sincerely hope this can be
looked into.  Thanks for your time.

The shipping costs of everything that comes out of the B5 fan club is on an
absolute par with everyone else out there.

As for shipping...yes, we could charge less for shipping, but we have been
cognizent of the requests from B5 fans that their stuff arrive *intact*.  The
calendars you cite don't just go out in regular envelopes, as others tend to
ship them...they go out UPS in a very strong container to prevent damage to
what is, after all, a collectible item.  Basically, you get what you pay for.
