Harlan Ellison going to court as witness????

Over on rec.arts.drwho and also at www.aint-it-cool-news.com there has 
been a lot of talk about a revival of Dr Who by a woman named Karen 
McCoy. There is a lot of discussion over whether or not she is genuine. 
At the following website there is a letter supposed to be from her. 
Towards the end, in a paragraph beginning "AJ Bielow is working on this 
case,....." it is claimed that Harlan Ellison may be going to court as a 
witness in her favour.
I don't know if this letter is really from her, or if it is from her, 
whether it is true or not. I know practically nothing about this whole 
thing except for what I have put above, that there are rumours of all 
kinds, and what is on this website. The thing is, if it is not true, then 
can she say those things about those people?

As soon as I read this, I called Harlan (9:10 p.m. Friday night) and he stated
that he is not involved with any Dr. Who project or suit, and that he is not
testifying as a witness in any such situation, and that this is not a true
statment.
