Thanks to you, Joe (and "Objects At Rest"), they're coming to take my male
card away. Sure, I've gotten a little misty-eyed during movies or TV shows
a few times before (most of those instances were during Babylon 5), but
this is the first time I have ever had to reach for a tissue. A six feet
tall, 250lbs, scruffy bearded biker-looking man. And I had to reach for a
tissue. Twice. And I fear next week will be even worse. At least my wife
was at work and I was home alone.

This episode really drove home for me that B5 the TV show is ending. And
that's just wrong. I shouldn't have to be preparing for the final episode.
I should be worrying about the show being renewed for next season. I
should be griping at my local station for the crappy time-slot. I should
be doing anything but waiting for the end. I just can't believe that the
end is so close. I don't want to say goodbye. So, like Delenn, I won't.

I am so happy for you that you got to tell your story, and the whole story,
the way you wanted it told. But B5 will leave a vacancy that I don't think
will ever be filled. Crusade may be the next best sci-fi series on TV, but
it won't be B5.

Thanks...and that's my job, hard as it is sometimes, to reach in and yank the
feelings out.

Because there ain't much TV that does that, and it's important from time to
time that we feel.
