Hi,
Can you please tell me- is Rising Stars #2 out yet? I was under the
impression that it would be out early September, but I haven't been able to
find it, even in places like anotheruniverse.com.

The final colored pages have come through this past week, so it should be out
shortly.  The interior artwork fell well behind what should have been the case.
