A few days ago, jmsatb5 at aol.com took time out of his busy schedule and
typed: 

"I'll be running the show, and developing it from an outside concept."

Is that "outside concept" for the series based on a book or movie
(etc.), or is it just somebody else's (series) creation?  Thanks,
