How come no captioning?

They were captioned on TNT. SCI-FI has captioning on other programs.
What's the problem?

I dunno...I only suspect that these versions didn't go through the process a
second time since it'd be necessary; the other version was done for
international distribution and thus wouldn't have English closed captioning.
