Hello there! :)
Everyone tell me that I could write a book on Babylon 5 only if I can
get the license...
but nobody is able to tell me whom I should write to.
Therefore I don't have any other choice than making a survey....
Whom do I have to write to acquire the official license and how much do
I have to pay for it?
Dark greetz,
Mel

Writers cannot get the license for TV series or movies, only publishing houses
can do so. Del Rey currently has that license.
