jms, I have a question about how you define copying.

In the Crusade bible, it says that photocopying is out ... That's not what I
want to do.

The title page has your autograph on it. I would like to scan that and put
it up on my webpage - none of the juicy bits inside, just the autographed
title page.

Would that be ok, or would it be breaking the rules?
