Just spent the weekend reading Casting Shadows and it  was absolutely
fantastic, thank you both.

Two of many questions I have are

How much of the Galens backstory did Peter Woodward know proir to playing
him?
(I really must find a copy of Well of Forever now it will mean so much
more.)

Without giving anything anyway do we get to find out why Galen was absent
from Out of the Darkness, the third Centauri book, in this trilogy?

He knew a fair amount, just enough needed to play the role.
