Hehe, good luck - your emotional state is not a material fact. 
JMS can only be sued if he has made specific actions which have
predictable causal effects on a reasonable person's emotional state. 

Having said that, if a woman can sue McDonalds for $2 million after
spilling coffee in her lap (probably mostly her own stupid fault),
then who knows what travesty of justice you could conjure up with a
good lawyer behind you. 

(and yes, I know you were joking, before anyone flames me about that)

hunting to try to find the original to figure out what the heck happened, but
couldn't and finally gave up.
