Well, even so, I'm sure there is an offer they'd accept (say,
$100,000,000).  I don't think that's even remotely within SFC's budget,
though.

Not a chance.  That's the budget of just one high-budget movie, chump change in
tv/film overall.  Just one B5 feature (which they could never do if they sold
the rights) would kick that back to them in guarantees from video, overseas and
related areas.
