So the last line of ASM #37 (it's not a spoiler--the cliffhanger from #35
didn't progress this issue), Aunt May's "We need to talk, Peter. Right now," is
just the set-up to a joke with the 'Nuff Said issue the punchline? If that's
true, it'll be a major disappointment.

Since nobody actually *asked* if it's true...

No, it's not true.  

#38 is the big talk between Peter and May.  And it's pretty intense.

#39, after their conversation, is the silent issue.
