I just got a notice that mine will be shipping Monday (11/14), and they 
included a coupon code for $5 off the next volume, because of the delay.

And it looks like they finally got clued in on the B5 phenomenon:

I'm very much pleased with mine (arrived Nov. 10th).

JMS, in the picture that features Michael, Pat and Jerry, who are the
other two people in the shot?

Mine says $5 off your next purchase of $40 or more.  Since each volume
costs $29.99 during the discount period, you must have gottem a
diffrent coupon than I did.
