I just spoke to a customer service rep at Cafe Press. She said the remainder
of the Volume 1 orders are expected to ship by tomorrow. Damn, I was really
hoping to have it before the weekend...

The last I heard, all but about 200 copies had been shipped from the
orders placed as of yesterday, so they're really moving fast to catch
up.
