I just found my copy at my doorstep. I had left the UPS man a plastic
bag to put it in because it's raining. Fortunately it hadn't rained that
much.

Now, off to read.

Aaaargh! It's not fair! I ordered mine just 2 hours after the first
Volume was offered on their homepage, and I haven't even got a shipment
confirmation!!

I REALLY start to get worried concerning that 15th Volume, if this
takes too long. I mean, even if I am ordering all volumes as soon as
they are released, it may take 4-6 weeks until they arrive here in
Austria - so what am I supposed to do if the registration form for the
15th volume is up for only a month?

I think the plan is to leave it up for about 90 days.
