[Hotstorage-chairs] Questions Regarding Shepherding Timeline

Dear Jisung,

Thank you for your efforts in shepherding the paper.

The camera-ready deadline is Wednesday, August 12, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth, AoE). Therefore, the revised manuscript should be submitted to you and approved before August 12 (AoE) so that the authors have sufficient time to upload the final camera-ready version by the deadline.

The exact timeline for the shepherding process is up to you. Please feel free to set a revision deadline that gives you enough time to review the revised manuscript, request additional changes if necessary, and ultimately determine whether the paper is ready for the camera-ready submission.

The final technical program will be announced at a later date.

First of all, I apologize for the delay in handling the shepherding process. I have just returned from my visiting research and am now catching up on my conference duties.

I have received a question from the authors last week regarding the shepherding timeline. Could you please let me know the expected schedule, specifically:

- the deadline for the revised manuscript,
- when the final shepherding decision should be made, and
- when the final technical program is expected to be finalized?

This information will help me provide the authors with an appropriate timeline and expectations.
