Dear HotStorage ’26 Organizers and Program Chairs,

TAPS Support has informed me that conference approval is required to reopen and reprocess our already approved submission:

Title: RLSM: A Disaggregated LSM-Based Key-Value Store with Resource-Aware Compaction
HotCRP paper number: 39
TAPS paper ID: hotstorage26-7

The TAPS-generated PDF triggers the following HotCRP format-checker warning:

“Bad font: Type3 font ‘CNAJXZ+TimesNewRomanPSMT’ first referenced on page 2.”

We confirmed that the Type 3 fonts occur only in Figures 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, and 9. We have regenerated these six figures using embedded TrueType fonts.

This revision is strictly a production-format correction. There are no changes to the technical content, paper text, references, author information, or publication metadata. The revised source package is ready for upload.

Could you please Reply All to this email with explicit approval for TAPS Support to reopen and reprocess submission hotstorage26-7?

Since the camera-ready deadline is August 12, 2026 (AoE), we would greatly appreciate your assistance at your earliest convenience.

Greetings!

We have checked your concern and would like to share that your paper is already processed and approved by you in TAPS. So, as per the ACM guidelines, if any paper is reviewed and approved by the author in TAPS and author wants to revise/reprocess his paper then he/she should take the conference organizers approval for the same. So, I would request you to take the conference organizers approval. An approval email would be sufficient for us to reprocess the paper in TAPS.
