Thank you for letting us know. The progress check in TAPS shows the submission as “Finished.” Does this mean the issue has been resolved? If not, could you please guide us on how to check the status?

Dear HotStorage ’26 Chairs,

I am writing to keep you informed about the camera-ready submission for Paper 15.

Our source has been successfully uploaded to TAPS, but it is currently being held due to an XML/HTML conversion issue. TAPS Support has confirmed that their team is working on the issue and has not requested any further action from us at this point.

Since the final paper deadline is approaching, I wanted to let you know about the situation and ask whether there is anything else we should do on our side.

I have forwarded our correspondence with TAPS Support below for reference.

We have resubmitted the revised source, but it has been moved to TAPS Support again due to a “Source to HTML conversion issue.” This time, the validation report does not provide any specific error details.

I am a co-author of HotStorage ’26 Paper 15 (hotstorage26-15). The submission was moved to TAPS Support due to two reported issues: the incompatible tabularx.sty package and the unmapped \protected at file@percent command.

We have fixed both issues, but the Author Dashboard currently does not provide an option to resubmit the revised source. As the HotStorage final paper deadline is August 12, 2026 (AoE), could you please advise how we should proceed or help enable resubmission?
