Thank you very much for your help with our camera-ready submission and the earlier TAPS processing issues.
I am writing regarding a typo in my affiliation (Shijun Yang) in the TAPS-generated paper. “University of Science and Technoledge of China” should be “University of Science and Technology of China.”
I contacted TAPS Support earlier today, and they confirmed that the correction request has been forwarded to ACM. I also contacted the Publication Chairs. As the camera-ready deadline is approaching, I am forwarding the email below for your awareness and advice.
Could you please advise whether we should wait for the corrected proof before approving it in TAPS, or approve the current proof before the deadline?

Thank you again for your help with our camera-ready submission.
I noticed a typo in my affiliation (Shijun Yang) in the TAPS-generated paper: “University of Science and Technoledge of China” should be “University of Science and Technology of China.” I contacted TAPS Support earlier today, and they have confirmed that they forwarded the correction request to ACM and will get back to us.
As the camera-ready deadline is approaching, could you please advise whether we should wait for ACM to complete the correction before approving the TAPS proof, or approve the current proof before the deadline?
I have forwarded the full correspondence with TAPS Support below for reference.

The requested change is a typo in Shijun Yang’s affiliation:

I am a co-author of HotStorage ’26 Paper 15 (hotstorage26-15). The submission was moved to TAPS Support due to two reported issues: the incompatible tabularx.sty package and the unmapped \protected at file@percent command.
We have fixed both issues, but the Author Dashboard currently does not provide an option to resubmit the revised source. As the HotStorage final paper deadline is August 12, 2026 (AoE), could you please advise how we should proceed or help enable resubmission?
