[Hotstorage-chairs] [HotStorage 2026] HotStorage’26 Camera-Ready Instructions

Dear Duo and Chenhao,

Thank you for the follow-up. We have just completed the eRights forms
again for both papers:
- Paper #11 (hotstorage26-3): The Host Is Not Idle: Computational SSDs
for Host-Free Checkpointing in Multimodal LLM Training
- Paper #23 (hotstorage26-4): GraceSSD: Per-File Reliability Hints for
Error-Tolerant Machine Learning Storage

As the TAPS staff mentioned, we have reset the eRights forms to resolve
the following issue:
During the TAPS submission process, we found that the author email
addresses were automatically populated from the eRights form into the
final generated paper, which conflicts with our institution's policy of
not disclosing the authors' email addresses (except the corresponding
author's).
TAPS Support initially advised us to reset the eRights form and
re-submit it without the email addresses. However, after contacting ACM,
we confirmed that the email addresses are a mandatory field, so TAPS
Support has instead agreed to hide the co-author email addresses on
their side after the final submission is processed.

Now that we have finished the eRights forms, we will upload the LaTeX
sources for both papers as soon as the TAPS links arrive.
We would be grateful if you could forward us the submission link
whenever it becomes available.
Also, please note that TAPS may need some additional time after the
submission to apply the email-hiding change.

Thank you again for your continued support.

Best Regards,
Seungkwan Kang
