Dear Chenhao and Duo,
Thank you for the update regarding the 75% TAPS status.
We would like to explain why we have not yet given the final author
approval.
Both papers now compile correctly in TAPS, so processing itself is no
longer the issue. However, the generated proofs still display every
co-author's email address on the title page, which conflicts with our
institution's policy of not disclosing individual author email addresses
(except the corresponding author's).
We have therefore requested TAPS Support to suppress the co-author email
addresses from the published PDF and HTML outputs. TAPS has agreed to
apply this change on their side, but it has not yet been reflected in
the current proofs. For this reason, we are intentionally holding off on
approving the final version until the corrected proof is generated.
As soon as TAPS completes this correction and the proof renders as
intended, we will approve both papers immediately so that the
proceedings are not delayed. We will keep you posted on the progress,
and please let us know if anything further is needed from our side in
the meantime.
Thank you again for your patience and continued support.
Best Regards,
Seungkwan Kang
