I am in the middle of the process of moving my whole family from a city to another to join a new institution.
I will not be reactive on the next few days, so I am not sure I can handle the lead review in an efficient way.

Dear Members of the Program Committee,

Thank you for your hard work in reviewing the submitted papers. Although we are missing some reviews, we would like to start the HotCRP discussion immediately. The online PC meeting is scheduled for early next week, July 20-22.

Discussion leads, please initiate the HotCRP discussion, try to reach a consensus, and tag papers with either #pre-reject, #pre-accept, or #discuss.
    #pre-reject: unanimous agreement to reject without further discussion.
    #pre-accept: unanimous agreement to accept without further discussion.
    #discuss: if reviewers cannot reach consensus or the paper needs discussion during the PC meeting.

Please tag by the end of Saturday (July 18).

Note that the actual PC meeting will be held for a subset of the timeslots above. We will schedule the PC meeting based on the reviewers' 
availability and the paper tags. Please try to be as flexible as possible so that we can create a schedule that allows for maximum participation. We will send the PC meeting invitations on Sunday (July 19).
