Thank you for your email.

A Conditionally Accepted decision means that your paper is not yet fully accepted. Acceptance is conditional upon addressing the required revisions as determined by the shepherd.

Your paper has been assigned a shepherd, who will work with you to identify the necessary revisions. Once you have submitted a revised version and the shepherd confirms that the required issues have been adequately addressed, your paper will be accepted.

Your shepherd is Jisung Park (jisung.park at postech.ac.kr). Please contact him by July 29 to begin the shepherding process.

I would like to inquire about the meaning of the “Conditionally Accepted” status.

Could you please clarify whether this indicates acceptance, and if any additional requirements or conditions must be met?


I would also appreciate any information regarding travel and accommodation.


I understand that HotStorage 2026 official website will announce related information, however,

I'm currently reaching out to you due to our company's business travel approval deadline and would like to plan accordingly.
