[Hotstorage-chairs] [HotStorage 2026] Paper review preferences

[HotStorage 2026 HotCRP]

Dear HotStorage 2026 Program Committee,

We received 79 submissions, a significant increase from last year. 
Although we had increased the size of the PC by 34% in anticipation, it 
seems that we would have to ask each PC member to expect reviewing 
approximately 8 papers, instead of the initially planned 4 to 6. We will 
try to make some last-minute arrangements to reduce the review load.

Entered scores are saved when deselecting a cell, and a green check 
appears for confirmation.
