If the issue is limited to a minor error, such as an incorrect figure being included, it should not materially affect the review outcome. If accepted, you will have the opportunity to correct it in the final version.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding our recent submission to HotStorage '26, titled "GraceSSD: Per-File Reliability Hints for Error-Tolerant Machine Learning Storage."

After submitting before the deadline, we noticed that a few of the figures in the paper required correction.
To ensure the reviewers receive a complete version, I would be very grateful if we could replace our submitted PDF with the updated version attached to this email.
The changes are limited to the figures and minor refinements to the presentation; the technical content of the paper remains unchanged.
