[Hotstorage-chairs] [HotStorage 2026] Secondary reviewer

Dear Members of the Program Committee,

For the HotStorage 2026 review assignments, you may have noticed that you are assigned as a secondary reviewer for one of the papers. A secondary reviewer may review the paper on their own (same as a primary reviewer) or delegate it to an external reviewer.

We assigned you as secondary reviewers so that (1) there are four reviews for each of the 79 submitted papers, while (2) managing the review load. For our use case, a secondary reviewer is mainly used for load management, and is NOT an indication of any lack of expertise.
