[Hotstorage-chairs] [HotStorage 2026] Additional review

Hi Chairs,

I apologize that I won't be able to take this on. I have been traveling the
last few weeks, and plan to start with HotStorage reviews this weekend. But
I have to also catch up on email and other work. I just completed my 1st
year as a faculty member, and so unfortunately I don't yet have any PhD
students that I could delegate reviews to :-(

I hope you understand.
