Dear Suhwan,

I looked back at my own SOSP registration confirmation page, and there was a box to indicate whether you would like to receive a certificate of attendance. Please keep that in mind next time.

Usually, certificates of attendance are given in printed form to distinguish between registration and attendance. I am not sure how SOSP would handle this specific case, but please work with the SOSP registration chairs. You should be able to get the proof of registration through the invoice or registration confirmation e-mail.
