Dear John,
Based on your request, I understood that you would like to cancel the entire dinner for 70 guests on 28.9.2026 for HotStorage workshop.
According to the contract, you are entitled to a 10 % reduction. I have therefore reduced the number of guests for the dinner to 63, which corresponds to a total dinner amount of 1 764 EUR instead of the original 1 960 EUR.
If the entire dinner is cancelled, the cancellation fee would be calculated at 25 % of the total amount after the permitted reduction, i.e. 25 % of 1 764 EUR, which comes to 441 EUR as cancellation fee.
Could you therefore please clarify whether you would only like to reduce the number of guests within the permitted 10 % reduction, in which case the dinner would be provided for 63 guests, or whether you would like to cancel the dinner completely?

Could you please confirm whether (according to the order), the number of guests for both coffee breaks remains at 70, and whether at this point you only wish to cancel the dinner?
According to the contract, you are entitled to a 10 % reduction. Therefore, I would reduce the number of guests for the dinner to 63 (a reduction of 7 guests corresponds to the 10 % reduction). The total amount for dinner for 63 guests would be EUR 1,764.
The cancellation fee (25 % according to the contract) would therefore be EUR 441.

* We offer parking in the underground garage on level -2 (marked as P2 in the elevator) – 600 spots, no reservation possible.
* On weekdays, the first 3 hours are free of charge, each additional hour costs 50 CZK. On weekends, the first 5 hours are free.
* We offer a daily rate of 600 CZK/24 EUR / car/day for accommodated guests – guests validate their parking at the hotel reception (Reception floor “R”).
* For non-accommodated guests, we offer a special daily rate of 200 CZK/ 8 EUR car if paid at the congress bar (Congress bar in the foyer on Congress floor “C”) or charged to the conference account.
