[Hotstorage-chairs] ACM SIGOPS 32nd Symposium on Operating Systems Principles Pick Up Report

[Zheng, Mai [E CPE]]

Hi Jan,

Thank you! We were told that the Zodiac room can be set up in either classroom mode (with tables) and theatre mode (without tables). Based on our latest estimate of attendees, we would like to have the classroom mode on Sept 28 (I’m attaching a photo for reference). Could you please help arrange the room accordingly?

Thanks,
Mai

Hi Mr. Zheng,

Ok, I understand it now, I confirm you the “lectern”.

Thank you,

Jan Kudrna

Regarding the podium: Sorry for the confusion. We don’t need a raised stage that elevates a speaker above the floor. Instead, we simply want to have a slanted reading stand to hold a speaker's notes or laptop during a presentation (maybe “lectern” is a better word to describe it) . I’m attaching a photo from your hotel for reference.
