Dear Alok,
I appreciate your sharing your poster file with us. It seems that there has been a miscommunication, however. The authors are expected to bring their own posters.
I asked the hotel front desk if there are any shops nearby for you to print. The hotel suggested "Tiak Fotek" within the shopping mall connected to the hotel. However, today is a national holiday at Czech so it is closed.

Hi,
Please find the attached poster. I'm not sure if it's too late, but if possible, could you please include it in the poster area for September 29?
Thanks.
.

Dear authors and presenters,
The program schedule for HotStorage'26 is now available at
https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.hotstorage.org_2026_program.html&d=DwIFaQ&c=nKjWec2b6R0mOyPaz7xtfQ&r=Qj20_cZkWXAFqNr-izZFek2OlLDmWE9MPvNfQbrTWW4&m=avoXvZO5DxPmJb1WlhPQeBIwoq3mN2hxfonTo2NWjJ6OMGcEM-41Dc83iVQkC55n&s=8wDF6ws7aJy1hKJjIFi7q-13Qc90lrI826Zd5Lb5344&e=. Each accepted paper is
allotted 20 minutes total, including Q&A. We kindly ask that you aim for
a 15-minute talk to allow sufficient time for questions.
In addition to the presentation, all accepted papers are expected to
prepare a poster for Day 2 (Sep. 29). As part of SOSP'26 workshop, your
poster will be posted alongside other SOSP'26 workshops, and we expect
exciting inter-workshop discussions to take place in front of the
posters. The recommended poster size is 48''x36'' (or 36''x48'').
Lastly, we would like to gently remind you that the SOSP'26 registration
policy states that each accepted paper must have at least one full
(non-student) workshop registration.
Please contact the PC Chairs at chairs26 at hotstorage.org<mailto:chairs26 at hotstorage.org> with any
questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Young-ri Choi and Bryan S. Kim
