Hi Travis,

Just FYI, I sent an email to publicity co-chairs this afternoon (forgot to cc generalchairs26 …) to get it started (if not already).  So, in the scheduling email for the whole group meeting, we could mention that all important tasks at this point have started. And hopefully all chairs (except for publication chairs) could have some updates at the whole group meeting.
