Travis and Mai,
It’s a pleasure to e-meet you.
A little about me
I’ve worked in the nonprofit sector for more than a decade supporting a membership organization and managing a national awards program. I’m a longtime resident of Newark, New Jersey and have a knack for stumbling upon awesome restaurants, live music, and public art.
As Hot Storage’s workshop will be offered through SOSP, you might not need my support but I’m confirming that I’m on standby to help as needed.
Best,
Tendo Mutanda

Hi Travis and Mai,
If the attached has your approval, please forward to Jessica.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Tendo Mutanda. Tendo recently joined ACM with many years of non-profit and volunteer experience. Tendo will be taken over as the ACM Program Coordinator for Hot Storage. I understand that your activity will be managed under the SOSP conference but if there is anything you need, please let Tendo know.
Best regards,
Ashley

Hi, Travis, Mai, and Ashley,
I received the submission to our in-cooperation status application form and have drafted the contract accordingly, which is attached. You may sign and return it to me or let me know if you prefer that I route the contract via Dropbox Sign.
Best,
Jessica

Hello, Travis and Mai,
To apply for in-cooperation status for HotStorage '26, please complete this very brief form<https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fwww.usenix.org%2fconferences%2fin-cooperation-request&c=E,1,QLSSwSIKB8iJM5gtKu-Zde8Esfqh8ZI_-5m_g8r60Os98yG8-Mzyblmd5ehNOw0Qh_kxcwLotPlLsTx3HXJ3ohQ5eD-D-4V89Ey26Aav-c08cVYwG4Uuu7WLig,,&typo=1>. For any ACM SIG-sponsored conference, the signatory must be an authorized ACM representative. In the past, Patricia Ryan, ACM's Chief Operating Officer has been that representative, and the person who has routed contracts to her is Maribel Tineo (tineo at hq.acm.org<mailto:tineo at hq.acm.org>). Please check with Maribel or your ACM SIGOPS contact to ensure that Pat continues to be the correct signatory before completing the form.
Thanks and best,
Jessica

Hi Casey,
I am one of the general co-chairs for HotStorage’26<https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fwww.hotstorage.org%2f2026%2f&c=E,1,X1E2IVc0_8efCBdQEfDNUblTH-OEND3alQWrPU5hWErw3hNBj8sS9F7uui6XYQUuJABe53bn0lJqGzE9peXGaDMd_PJmscy35BnPtDvw&typo=1>, which is scheduled to take place in Prague on September 28 and 29 of this year. HotStorage has been “in cooperation with USENIX” for the last few years, according to the USENIX past conferences page<https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fwww.usenix.org%2fconferences%2fpast&c=E,1,PRj3Hw9bJRj3QJ9YpokOTLaNjCXqZ3qgViOVS8z2UUPquLQT4nLW16mIEUEAGUwfV_1u9Bg9c2dOnZtt8HpqbqhZa44Sy_DwLiX9je16QJ4qWXoVhxLcAg,,&typo=1>. However, when attempting to find an official way to continue this cooperation, I could not find any information about it on the USENIX website. One of the HotStorage steering committee members, Vasily Tarasov, recommended that I reach out to you to initiate this process again for this year. Would you be able to help us with this, or direct us to the appropriate method for doing so? Our USENIX cooperation status is very beneficial for improving the credibility and visibility of the conference. Thanks for your time.
