Dear Dimitrios,

Thank you for the notification and arrangement! We are HotStorage’26 workshop organizers and we expect to have about 25 posters. Would you please confirm if this amount can be supported in the common poster and demonstration session on Sept 29?

If possible, we would love to be included in the common session to enjoy cross-workshop interactions. But given the limited number of boards, we are considering a backup plan to arrange our poster session in the afternoon of Sept 28 (HotStorage’26 is 1.5-days as we discussed earlier). Would this make SOSP/other workshops’ poster arrangement on Sept 29 easier?

If there are any other questions/suggestions, please let us know!

Thanks,
Travis Janssen & Mai Zheng

Subject: [Posters] SOSP'26 Workshops

Dear SOSP'26 Workshop Organizers,

As we are trying to finalize the local setup, the hotel confirmed that we can have workshop posters in the foyer.

As your plans may have changed during your submission cycles, could you please let us know your poster needs (if any) so we can properly distribute them?

Note that the poster boards will be limited in numbers (I'd expect around 25-35 poster boards in total) and therefore we might need to do adjustments.

We'll try our best to accommodate you.

Thank you very much.

Best regards,
Dimitrios Stavrakakis
